Our Promise
We take pride in every batch of coconut flakes we make. If you're not happy with your order, we want to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Change of Mind
As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the order has been dispatched. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt perishable and sealed food products from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
