1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Orisirisi Foods website and the purchase of products from Orisirisi Foods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17088878. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Our products are made in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. You can reach us at info@orisirisifoods.co.uk.

2. Products

All products are food items intended for human consumption. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur between batches.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Orisirisi Foods Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown. Delivery is charged in addition and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. Before then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address — and we will refund any payment in full within 14 days.

5. Delivery

We deliver UK-wide via Evri. Standard delivery is £3.00, with Next Day delivery available from £3.60. Estimated delivery times are 2-4 working days for standard delivery. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Allergen Information

Our products contain coconut. Coconut is not one of the 14 allergens that UK law requires to be declared, but coconut allergy does exist. Full ingredient and allergen information is on each product page and on the pack. If you have a food allergy and are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Orisirisi Foods Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was made.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
