All products are food items intended for human consumption. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur between batches as our products are handmade in small batches.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Our products contain coconut (classified as a tree nut). Full allergen and ingredient information is listed on each product page and on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before purchasing.
