Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. For some remote postcodes — including the Scottish Highlands and islands — delivery may cost more; we will tell you the exact amount before you pay, and you are free to cancel. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or internationally.
Order Processing
We dispatch within 2 working days of confirming your order. Standard delivery (Evri, £3.00) usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. For Next Working Day delivery (Evri, £3.60), please order before 12 noon Monday–Friday so your parcel reaches our local Evri ParcelShop in time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Evri tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your coconut flakes arrive in perfect condition. Our products are sealed in resealable pouches to maintain freshness.
