Delivery Area
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally — but we're working on it.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on working days (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from Royal Mail.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your coconut flakes arrive in perfect condition. Our products are sealed in resealable pouches to maintain freshness.
